Cross Symbolism --

The cross is painted bright yellow, to radiate life and glory!

On the head of the cross, in royal blue, are the Greek letters for Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. The alpha is in "lower case," symbolic of Christ's humanity during his earthly ministry; the omega is in "upper case," symbolic of Christ's  divinity.

On the foot of the cross, in crimson red, are three symbolic drops of blood which were shed (1) voluntarily in obedience to the Father's will, (2) as complete and perfect atonement for our sins, (3) unto death and resurrection in fulfillment of prophecy.

On the cross beam, in flaming red, are the words, "HE IS RISEN," a bold pronouncement of Christ's resurrection intoning the reality that He is alive and reigning in power today!
